I have a Master’s degree in Human Development from Harvard and over 20 years of experience teaching, coaching, and guiding others. I was raised in south Georgia, made my home in Atlanta, and am now based in Washington, DC. These days, I walk as a healer, teacher, and guide, creating sacred spaces for fellow seekers to explore and nurture the spiritual gifts that align with their highest calling.

My own spiritual journey was profoundly shaped by the death of my daughter, Faith. One of the biggest insights this journey revealed is that healing isn’t about becoming someone new. Rather, it’s about rediscovering the essence of who we truly are. With curiosity and compassion, I help seekers tap into their inner reserves, unlocking the wisdom and strength within to live with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.
